Passenger Guidance
Welcome and assist passengers at bus stops and stations, helping them navigate routes, ticketing systems, and boarding information with confidence.
Service Excellence
Deliver consistent, professional customer service that reflects the values of Riyadh Express — courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
Safety & Compliance
Support safe operations by monitoring passenger behaviour, communicating with control teams, and responding calmly to incidents.
Brand Ambassador
Represent Riyadh Express and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 — projecting pride, professionalism, and a commitment to world-class public transport.
